Master Builders Glenroy Housing Ltd specialise in innovative modern design & construction utilising our modular Smart Build System. 

  • We design, and construct a wide variety of projects from Bach's in the Marlborough Sounds, Award winning Residential projects nationwide to Community Eco Lodges and Schools.

  • Manufacturing of our projects begin in our purpose built factory located at Cloudy Bay Business park. Building kits are transported to site allowing for extremely fast construction times on site.

With a full design programme planned ahead we are now looking for an Architectural Technician or Draughtsperson to join our team and who is willing to learn all aspects of our design process.

Your new role:
You will be responsible for the creation of concept plans, design, compliance documentation, client liaison, and site visits.   You will work along side and get support from our existing Design team.

Our ideal candidates will be currently working within the industry with relevant experience and will importantly:

  • Have a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

  • Have a can do approach, and aptitude to learn

  • Be committed to producing quality work with high attention to detail

  • Be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

A background in utilising ArchiCAD & BIMx will be preferred, however Revit users will be considered based on experience.
