Winning the Masterbuilders Gold Award 2009 this home is really about living the dream. This holiday home was built on a a beachfron stie with only water access ensuring that everything for the build was barged and lifted by helicopter to site. A huge logistical effort, but worth the result.

Proud to be associated with Outward Bound, Glenroy Housing won the Master Builders HNZ Community Development Award for these new lodge instructors accommodation eco units. There was a drive for energy efficienty so the whole building needed to be considered, not just isolated components.
